Receive Your Booking Information

After booking, you will receive confirmation with the meeting point, starting time and practical information about your tour.

We recommend arriving approximately 15 minutes before departure. This gives us enough time to welcome you, complete the bike fitting and prepare everyone comfortably before the ride.

Meet Your Tour Leader

When you arrive at Solebike, your tour leader will welcome you and introduce the experience.

You can let us know about your cycling experience, personal preferences, mobility considerations or anything else that may help us make the tour more comfortable for you.

You do not need to be an experienced cyclist. Our team will explain everything before departure and make sure you feel confident using the eBike.

Premium eBike Fitting and Equipment

Each participant receives a premium electric bike selected according to their height and riding needs.

Our team adjusts the saddle and riding position and explains how the bike controls and assistance levels work.

Depending on the experience, the equipment provided includes:

• A premium eBike

• A cycling helmet

• A bottle of water

• An audio whisper system

• Any additional safety equipment required for the tour

Special bikes and equipment are also available for children, subject to age, height and availability. These may include:

Safety Briefing and eBike Training

Before entering the city, your tour leader will provide a short safety briefing and explain how to use the eBike.
