Old and New Athens with Street Food by eBike

Embark on a cycling journey through Athens’ modern landmarks on our city tour.

We ride through the modern centre, area full of architectural landmarks related to the more recent era of the city as the capital of Greece. We shall start from the famous Panathenaic Stadium area with interesting landmarks and the Greek Parliament and later discover the first Palace.

We cycle downtown through the multiethnic part of Athens. The busy streets and the variety of shops mixed with smells and colours, offer you a cinematographic view of Athenians going about their day. We pedal through them all to reach the serenity of the Thission area, going up all the way to reach the gods of Olympus meeting on Mars Hill.

We enter Plaka, a unique neighbourhood underneath the Acropolis rock, the bearer of a heavy historical weight, full of alleys marking the city life of the last 3000 years. We continue through Roman Era antiquities, through the very popular Monastiraki, the gate to ancient paths of the city. Beautiful backstreets will take you through old neighbourhoods to the recently renovated Cathedral of Athens, right before our Traditional Pita-Gyros Food Stop!

Last but not least, we once again dive into Plaka, to see some of the oldest houses still standing, in Athens. Many interesting monuments and anecdotes mark this last part of the tour.
